The text of this lesson presents thoughts about an upcoming high-school reunion. Since it is a future event, it uses the future tense and also introduces more of the day-to-day language.

This lesson presents the future tense. The next lesson reviews the other language elements and some special verbs.

The future tense has forms of its own but, to simplify things, this time will not use the “form” method. We will simply present the verbs, grouping them as much as possible by some common traits.

Like in the past tense, the personal pronoun is often omitted in the future tense.
